- Health statement certificate (it should confirm ability to live in Belarusian climate and should be issued by an authorized health care establishment of the Republic of Belarus)
- Medical statement certificate (about absence of AIDS, issued by an authorized health care establishment of the Republic of Belarus)
- Copy of birth certificate (with legalized translation in Russian) if there is
