The main aims and tasks. Preparation of high-quality specialists for independent activity in health care establishments of the republic and foreign countries with a proper volume of knowledge, professional, economic and juristic skills in accordance with practical health care requirements.

4. A statement of admission and a petition with indicated specialty from the head of the department to the Rector
5. Copy of Diploma about higher education (with legalized translation in Russian)
6. The list with notes from the diploma (with legalized translation in Russian)
7. Certificates about training (with legalized translation in Russian)
8. Health statement certificate (it should confirm ability to live in Belarusian climate and should be issued by an authorized health care establishment of the Republic of Belarus)
9. Medical statement certificate (about absence of AIDS, issued by an authorized health care establishment of the Republic of Belarus)
10. Copy of birth certificate (with legalized translation in Russian) if there is
11. 6 photos (size 3/4)
12. A statement to the Rector of Belarusian Medical Academy of Post-Graduate Education
13. A report on chosen specialty.
